You may not find these options directly on the website.

In that case, simply place the order normally. Once the order is placed, our team will contact you, and you can tell us the changes or adjustments you want in the PC build. We will update the configuration according to your requirements before finalizing the build.

Free PC Service & Support (1 Year)

Customers who get their PC built by us will receive 1 Year FREE PC Service & Technical Support.

If your PC faces any technical issue or problem during this period, you can bring it to us for inspection and repair, and the service will be completely free.

Free Shipping Support

If a customer needs to ship the PC to us for repair, the shipping charges will also be covered by us, not by the customer.

All computer components listed on our website come with a limited warranty as described below. Warranty coverage depends on whether the component is used or brand new.

Power Supply (PSU)

• 1to2 Year Warranty depends what you choose

PC Case

• 1 Year Warranty

CPU Cooler

• 1 Year Warranty

Motherboard

• Used Motherboard: 1 Month Warranty

• New Motherboard: 10 to 2years Months Warranty depend what Motherboard you choose.

NVMe SSD

• Used NVMe: 3 Months Warranty

• New NVMe: 1 to 2 Year Warranty

RAM (Memory)

• Used RAM: 1 Month Warranty

• New RAM: 1 to 2 Year Warranty

Graphics Card (GPU)

• Used Graphics Card: 30 Days Warranty

Used Graphics card warranty does not cover burn or dead condition But new GPUs Covers Everything except Damage. However, warranty claims will be accepted for other functional faults or defects like Bluesecreen / Low FPS / High Temps / Sudden Disply out while on Load etc….. Any unexpected issues will be checked by our technical team before approving the warranty claim.
